1Quality Inspection of Chemical Products

Basic Inspection for Raw Material & Finished Products

  • Appearance Inspection:Visual assessment of color, physical state/clarity, odor, and detection of abnormalities (e.g., foreign matter, lumps/caking, sedimentation).

  • Physical Property Testing:Measurement of key metrics including density, melting point, and boiling point.

  • Chemical Property Testing:Analysis encompassing purity determination, impurity identification/quantification, and pH/acidity/alkalinity measurement.

Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS) enables precise quantitative analysis of trace metal and metalloid concentrations, with specialized capabilities for detecting toxic heavy metals (e.g., Pb, Hg, Cd) and essential trace elements (e.g., Fe, Zn, Cu), ensuring compliance with stringent quality.

2Quality Inspection of Metal Products

Spectrometer

To confirm conformance of key alloying elements and deleterious impurity levels with designated grade standards – thus enabling reliable prediction of post-heat-treatment strength classifications.

  • Quantifying grain size and distribution, grain refinement can improve mechanical properties (strength, hardness, toughness).
  • Analyze the influence of heat treatment process on microstructure, quantitatively feedback the rationality of parameters such as rolling temperature and annealing time.
  • Defect traceability, crack depth localization, and pores&inclusions analysis.

Hardness Test Instrument

Quantitatively evaluate the material's resistance to indentation and abrasive wear, ensuring optimal balance between high wear resistance and impact toughness.

Impact Tester

  • Evaluate the impact strength and structural reliability to ensure the anti crushing performance during the grinding process.
  • Detect metallurgical defects (such as pores and inclusions) inside the steel ball or brittle problems caused by improper heat treatment, optimize material composition and quenching process, and improve the overall toughness.
  • Ensure economy by setting damage thresholds (such as the minimum impact height without fragmentation) to reduce maintenance costs.
