Introduction to Forged/Hot-rolled Steel Balls
The company has 6 automated rolling production lines and 4 traditional forging steel ball production lines. It can produce steel balls ranging from 20mm to 150mm according to different customer requirements, with an annual output of 100,000 tons. In large-scale metal mining processes abroad, forged steel balls have replaced traditional cast steel balls and become the main grinding material for large semi-autogenous mills.
We can directly customize "formula" level raw materials from well-known steel mills in China. All the alloying elements of the steel have been specially formulated.
Our wear-resistant products perform exceptionally well in all aspects with highly automated equipment, unique heat treatment processes and strict quality control systems. The surface hardness can reach HRC58-65, the volume hardness can reach HRC56-63, the hardness distribution is uniform, the impact toughness is greater than 15J/ cm², and the breakage rate is less than 0.5%.
We have provided wear-resistant material solutions for many world-renowned mining groups such as Shandong Gold, Western Mining, Chinalco Group, Glencore, Goldfields, and CODELCO, and have received unanimous praise from them.
